400 individuals comprising officers and staff of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports participated in the 'Wira Fajar', a youth program to perform mass prayers in the mosque. It was organised by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports in collaboration with the Department of Mosque Affairs, Islamic Da'wah Centre, Ministry of Religious Affairs and Mosque Youths. It took place at Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam Mosque, Kampung Jerudong, 8th August early morning.

Also participating in the program was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi bin Haji Awang Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. It included a dawn talk titled Future Ready Youth and the reading of Surah Al-Kahfi. Also in attendance were Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohd Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan, Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs and Yang Berhormat Awang Zainol bin Mohamed, Member of the Legislative Council. Also joining the program were the Mosque Takmir Committee, Government and Private Officers, Youth Associations and Movements, Mosque Youth and villagers in Kampung Jerudong. It was held in conjunction with the 20th National Youth Day Celebration.
